Oral Presentation

Scientific presentations will be held either orally or by poster and will be given in English or German. All plenary talks will be given in English. Speakers are requested to be in the lecture hall at least 25 minutes prior to the start of the session, to report to the chairperson of the session and to the technical staff to receive a brief introduction to the equipment in the lecture hall. Normally, contributed talks are scheduled for 12 minutes followed by a 3-minute discussion. Please refer to the program of the respective division for the time allocated to your talk, as it can differ.

Oral Presentation of the AMOP Program

All lecture halls and seminar rooms are equipped with electronic presentation technique. You can connect your own laptop (please check connection before the start of your session) or you might bring your presentation (pdf or ppt) on an USB memory stick and transfer it to the computer in the lecture hall before the start of the session. There will be technical staff in all lecture halls to help you with your presentation.

Oral Presentation of the Nuclear Physics Program

The presentations have to be uploaded onto a central server. All speakers have received an email prior to the conference with the login details and deadlines for uploading.

For all sessions, pdf (preferred) and powerpoint files (ppt and pptx) will be accepted. In addition to uploading, all presenters are asked to bring their presentation on a USB stick to the session as a backup.

In the vicinity of the conference office, computers and staff will be at your disposal regarding assistance of upload or test runs of your presentation.
